Caregiver Jobs
On-call Caregiver- This position is ideal for caregivers with a flexible schedule who can respond to client care needs with just a few hours’ notice. (as needed, including weekends, evenings, and emergency coverage.)
Job Responsibilities
Applicants should be mature, motivated, compassionate, reliable, trustworthy, and fully committed to patient-centered care.
The duties for this role encompass all of the following.
✔️Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting.
✔️Assist with transfers and ambulation including the use of a cane, walker, and wheelchair.
✔️Provide timely medication reminders and observe the client for compliance in taking medications.
✔️Perform light housekeeping duties as determined in the client’s plan of care.
✔️Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to the specific dietary requirements of the clint.
✔️Provide socialization, emotional reassurance, companionship, and stimulation for the client including reading, walks, etc.
✔️Accompanying the client to doctors or other appointments as needed.
Job Requirements
All applicants must have/be able to:
✔️Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
✔️High School Diploma or GED
✔️Must be minimum of 18 years of age
✔️CPR/FA Certification (or ability to obtain)
✔️Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
✔️Negative Tuberculosis Test (or ability to obtain)
✔️A valid driver’s license & current car insurance
✔️Pass all pre-employment screening – including a background check, drug screen, and reference check.
